One of the VAG group companies Audi really became noticed as producers of performance road cars in the early 80’s with their release of the legendary Audi Ur Quattro, the world’s first all-wheel drive turbo production car. This was a real game changer which went on to win numerous world rally championships and sowed the seeds for their future high performance road cars. Scorpion has a heritage of producing high quality performance exhausts for these legends of the 80’s through to the highly sought-after performance models available currently.

Our leading technicians have developed through rigorous trial and testing an 80mm/3.14” cat-back system for the Audi RS3 Sportback. Our precision engineered exhausts utilise our prestigious track to road technology and research, this gives our development engineers the ability to transfer and share race proven technologies with our road going customers. Fabricated using premium high thermal tolerance T304 motorsport grade stainless steel tube that will endure through the harshest of conditions.

Shaping our large bore pipework using CNC Mandrel bent construction unleashes yet untapped performance by allowing a greater flow of exhaust gas to pass through the system with less obstruction. This often results in our exhausts providing a sharper throttle response and a measurable increase in BHP. Our manufacturing process also yields weight-saving gains when compared to the OE system. With all these improvements packed into our exhausts it’s no-wonder that upgrading with Scorpion has been described as, taking the driving experience to the next level!

We’re offering the cat-back system as either resonated or non-resonated. Resonated systems are fitted with an improved silencer to minimise unwanted noise such as drone, whilst still maintaining performance figures all without compromising on the unrivalled Scorpion soundtrack. Non-resonated systems on the other hand removes the original silencer and often results in a louder soundtrack.

Our performance system also options valved or non-valved depending on drivers taste or requirements. The valved option provides an exhaust system that utilises the OE motors which is operated by the driver with the drive mode select button inside the car. Closing theses valves will give you a much quieter yet still deep tone from the Scorpion system, perfect for those long cruising drives, open the valves up however and you will hear the 80mm/3.14” system at its fullest potential.  The non-valved option deletes the valves completely for a continuous sportier tone, better suited for those wanting all-out noise all the time.

Our signature range of Scorpion tailpipes are instantly recognisable due to their popularity with performance enthusiasts worldwide, maintaining Scorpion’s unwavering standard of build-quality. Providing the option to tailor the aesthetics of our systems to suit individual taste has always been a priority, for this reason we offer a selection of styles and finishes depending on the cars model and manufacturer. For this system we’re offering our RS-style carbon Ascari Evo tailpipes, these light weight, durable and most of all aesthetically pleasing Ascari Evo R tailpipes are the ultimate upgrade for the visible end of your performance Scorpion exhaust.

Drivers wanting to take the next step in exhaust performance, Scorpion technicians have provided the solution with a sports catalyst or de-cat downpipe. Sports catalyst downpipes are fitted with a 200 cell, high-flow performance catalyst which has a much greater flow over OEM. De-cat downpipes remove the catalyst all-together resulting in unobstructed gas-flow and is perfectly engineered for those pushing the boundaries of exhaust performance. (For closed circuit use only)
